Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

European Union: Selected EU countries (customs duties and VAT may apply)

4. Tracking Information
For all paid and express services, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
You can track your package on the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
UK orders: VAT is included in the purchase price.
EU and Rest of World: Your order may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, first contact your neighbors and safe locations.
Report missing or damaged items within 14 days of the delivery date by emailing volair.uk@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Returns and Exchanges
For returns, we recommend using a trackable service.
